open TEAMS
This program is designed to create an opportunity for girls to play more competitive softball than is offered at the current recreational level. The various Hotshotz teams play at various levels of competition and you should contact the Open Team commissioner or coach to find out the specifics for each team. Some teams play select tournaments only, and some play a combination of tournaments and a modified league schedule. Open Teams are expected to stay together year-round, and thus annual registration fees are collected in the fall season. Other fees for Open Teams will include custom uniforms, travel expenses (depending on the team), and tournament fees. Teams are formed at the discretion of the head coaches which are approved by the Softball Board.
