HOTSHOTZ

The Hotshotz program is designed to provide additional developmental opportunities for players wanting to take their game to a new level. Hotshotz will play a recreational league schedule. Additional practices, games, and tournaments may be scheduled at the discretion of the head coach. All Head coaches are approved by the Softball Board and are committed to coaching a full year, including the post-season {All Stars}. Registration fees are collected in the Fall and Spring. In addition to the registration fee, players are responsible for all uniform expenses and tournament fees, as determined by the Head Coach. Coaches approval is required for registration. 8U Hotshotz-Smith:  
The 8U Hotshotz team will be formed at the beginning of 2010 and will continue to play together throughout the summer season.  Our team is designed to create opportunities for girls to play more competitive softball.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the 8U Head Coach, Tracy Smith at 740-7995.

We are looking for girls with sound fundamentals and a strong desire to improve their game.  We will play to win, but the more important expectation is that each girl improves her level of play each time she takes the field.  We are looking for highly motivated girls that display a positive attitude and provide 100% effort at all outings.  The coaching staff includes former baseball and softball players.  Specialized coaches include former college softball players and area high school coaches.

A little about us:
Our coaching staff believes in teaching fundamentals of Softball to the girls. We achieve this goal with a lot of different drills through out practice with small groups of 2 to 3 girls in each group. We run a hard and busy practice with limited standing around. We are firm but yet give the girls praise and love, not to mention FUN!

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a young athlete born in 2000 with a positive and ready to learn attitude. Player must have at least two years experience and is willing to play any where needed to help the team.
